Case XX USA Transition 1975 1977 Bone 6488 Large Congress
Very nice Case XX congress pattern 6488. This is a scarce transition pattern with 3 dots (1977) on the sheep foot blade and 5 dots (1975) on the spear blade. I featured this knife in a Youtube video I made about transition knives. Still has factory edges on the blades and appears unused. Carbon blades have some dark specs here and there and some common blade rubs. Handles are beautiful jigged dark bone with some lighter tones around the edges. Measures 4 3/16″ closed. Features nickel silver bolsters and brass liners. Blades have good snap and half stops.
